"I would like to nominate Mr Hendrickson for all his care and compassion. He has always gone above and beyond to comfort me when I have a concern, to pep talk my boys when they needed direction. He will assist in the slightest way, like meeting the students half way when they are having a difficult moment or day. Countless times I have been able to receive Comfort when I felt like there was no one. One of the last times he helped me, he walked away saying “you know I was you once” to my son who often needs that guidance and wisdom from someone who been there. He is a wonderful addition to our local district. I admire him and all he does and I know my children respect him because he is who he is!!!! Thank you for creating this awesome award..."
